Cuentitos está preparada para seguir sonando con la pantalla apagada, y en iPhone funciona sin que tengas que hacer nada. En algunos teléfonos Android, sin embargo, el propio fabricante cierra las apps en segundo plano para ahorrar batería, por bien hechas que estén. Si te pasa, entra en los ajustes de tu teléfono, busca «optimización de batería» o «ahorro de energía» y marca Cuentitos como app excluida o sin restricciones. Es un ajuste del teléfono, no de la app.Cuentitos is built to keep playing with the screen off, and on iPhone it works with nothing for you to do. On some Android phones, though, the manufacturer itself closes background apps to save battery, however well built they are. If it happens to you, open your phone’s settings, look for “battery optimisation” or “power saving” and mark Cuentitos as excluded or unrestricted. This is a phone setting, not an app setting.
No se oye nadaThere’s no sound
Sube el volumen con el cuento sonando, no desde la pantalla de inicio: el teléfono maneja varios volúmenes distintos. Comprueba también que no esté activo el modo silencio ni unos auriculares conectados.Turn the volume up while a story is playing, not from the home screen: phones keep several separate volume levels. Also check that silent mode is off and no headphones are connected.

If one stalls, check your connection and open it again: it picks up where it left off.
